An arrangement for supplying powdered material to a spraying device in an installation for thermal spraying comprises at least one powder storage container and an injection device by which the powder is introduced into a stream of carrier gas. A buffer chamber is disposed upstream of the injection device and comprises means for controlling the level of the powder, at least one controllable feeding means being connected, by means of a control device, to the level-controlled buffer chamber. The invention relates to the pneumatic transport of bulk materials, namely to the distribution device of powder materials for the installation of thermomechanical coating. The purpose of the invention is to increase the optimal flow rate of the powder in the carrier gas stream. 1 shows a distribution device, a general view; figs 2 and 3 are variants of its implementation. The switchgear contains at least one reservoir I with a supply of powder, the outlet aperture 2 of which is associated with an appropriate supply device. The supply device consists of a horizontally disposed pipe 3, rigidly connected with a vibrator 4 of its longitudinal vibrations and communicated from one end to the cavity of reservoir I, and from the other through the outlet 5 to the cavity of chamber 6 of the powder delivery delay. Chamber 6 has the shape of a truncated cone, facing a large base up, and is equipped with a device for monitoring the level of powder in this chamber, including sensor 7 for mass of chamber 6 with powder at the maximum level of this powder in the chamber, sensor 8 for mass of chamber 6 with powder at a minimum and a control mechanism 9 associated with its inputs with sensors 7 and 8, and the control outputs with vibrators 4, Chamber 6 through a transmission channel 10, the flow area of which is regulated by a selective organ 11, is connected with an injection device 2 in which the powder is mixed with the carrier gas stream. The device 12 is connected to the carrier gas supply line 13 and to the outlet pipe 14, into which a mixture of powder and gas enters. In the embodiment of the switchgear (Fig. 2), the device nodes are located so as to force the sensor 15 into force using the plate 16 common to two similar devices. The signal emitted by this sensor 15 contains information on the powder consumption, this information being indicated or recorded block 17. This information may be processed in block 18 or combined with powder level information. In a variant of the device (Fig. 3), an force sensor 15 is installed under each vibrator, actuated by means of a corresponding plate 6. In this case, sensors 15 send signals to recording blocks 17 and 18 and to block 19 information on powder consumption from each tank 1 separately. This information is preferably combined in block 19 with information about the level of powder in chamber 6. Thus, the proposed device allows you to accurately determine the flow rate of the powder supplied to the injection device from one or more tanks with a supply of powder, to ensure strict constancy of a predetermined flow rate and, if necessary, to determine the flow rate of the powder separately from each tank or in the desired proportion with the flow rate from other tanks. Claims (1) [1] DISTRIBUTION DEVICE FOR POWDER MATERIALS FOR INSTALLING THERMOMECHANICAL APPLICATION OF COATINGS, containing at least one reservoir with a supply of powder, an injection device with mixing powder with a flow of carrier gas, at least one powder feed delayed chamber, the surface of which has a conical shape facing upwards located in front of the discharge device and equipped with a device for monitoring the level of powder in this chamber, including a sensor the mass of the powder holding chamber at the maximum level of this powder in the chamber and at the minimum, at least one feeding device with an adjustable flow rate for the powder supply holding chamber, located behind the tank with the powder supply and fed from it, and a control mechanism connected inputs with sensors, characterized in that, in order to improve the optimality of the flow rate of the powder in the carrier gas stream, the feed device consists of a horizontally arranged pipe connected rigidly with the vibrator of its longitudinal vibrations at the same time, the pipe cavity is connected from one end to the tank cavity with the powder supply through the feed hole, and from the other end through the outlet hole to the cavity of the powder feed delay chamber, while the control output control mechanism is connected to the pipe vibrator with the possibility of constant levels powder in the delay chamber and its consumption at the outlet of the chamber.
